Tactical & Live Ball

Match-style training. These sessions emphasize point play, shot selection, and competitive situations. Coaches set up live-ball drills and tactical scenarios to develop strategy, decision-making, and competitiveness. Best for players who want a faster pace and to translate skills into match play.

105

High-energy cardio tennis format. Continuous drills and games keep players moving, with rally-based activities designed to elevate fitness while hitting a lot of balls. A “105” session typically features fun, fast-paced point play where players or teams try to reach a combined score of 105 points. Best for players who want a workout and game-style practice in a social setting
